The goal of CrossFit LBC is to create a community of individuals focused on overall health and fitness. We aspire to meet the needs of every community member looking to get in shape and/or stay in shape, from elite athletes to individuals who have never worked out a day in their lives.
CrossFit LBC trainers' objectives are to increase an individual's overall strength, endurance, work capacity and nutritional awareness. CrossFit LBC values the relationship between its members and strives to promote an atmosphere that breeds confidence, fun and dedication.
Begin CrossFit the right way with their 4-session fundamentals course that will prepare you to participate freely in all other classes offered at CrossFit LBC. Fundamentals classes run three times a week in small group settings and are designed to introduce new members to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training.
Each class reviews and teaches the proper form and technique used for various skills and functional movements needed to successfully and safely participate in CrossFit. These fundamental classes will progressively increase in intensity as they begin to introduce you to CrossFit style workouts. The end of each session will include a workout involving what was learned that day. Day four of the CrossFit elements class will focus on nutrition and the importance of nutrition to your overall health and fitness goals.
Mastery of the fundamentals are not only a prerequisite to participating in group classes, but mastery of these fundamentals will also make your CrossFit LBC experience more meaningful and enjoyable.
