Last year’s record: 0-18 (Overall); 0-16 (Continental Conference)

Keith Mecutchen (Junior Outside Hitter) & Aleck Mayhew (Junior Middle Blocker)

Others to watch:
Stephen Huh (Junior Outside Hitter), Kyle Zaluski (Junior Middle Blocker), Lloyd Ramirez (Junior Defensive Specialist)

Strengths/Question Marks: We have a solid core to our varsity team this year, with four of our starters coming off a solid club season with Panthers Volleyball.

Outlook: After a very difficult season last year, we have the opportunity to “reset” and make a more aggressive run at things this year. After graduating 10 seniors from last year’s team, this year’s squad gets a fresh start with six junior players who have worked hard in the offseason to establish themselves as a competitive team in the conference, through offseason workouts and participation in club volleyball. They will be complimented with two talented sophomore prospects that we expect to contribute immediately. Overall, we are excited for the season, and look forward to having the opportunity to restore CB South Volleyball to a more prominent opponent in the conference.
