Outlook: Once again the Lady Falcons have been dedicated and worked extremely hard in the off-season this year. Coach White and her team are very eager to improve upon their 2011 season of a 12-7 record and making it to Districts for the first time in program history. Strengths include an incredible work ethic and the leadership of returning veteran players. Goals of the season will be to stay focused and connected to a game for both halves, continue to improve upon games concepts/strategies, and to play like “winners.’ Meaning that the team isn’t afraid to take risks, players will learn from their mistakes, and they are committed and work hard.
