BASEBALL
Jordan Hofferman (Cheltenham)
improved to 4-0 on the season after earning the win in Arcadia’s 4-3 win over Lebanon Valley on Saturday. Hofferman allowed five hits and no earned runs while walking two and fanning three in seven innings on the mound. In Arcadia’s 6-5 win over Lebanon Valley on Friday,Tyler Guentter (North Penn) threw two and two-thirds innings of no-hit ball.

Joe Crane (Council Rock South) contributed one hit, three RBIs and two runs scored in Chestnut Hill’s 6-5 win over Lincoln University in game one of a twinbill on Thursday. Ray Puskar (Pennridge) contributed an RBI. In game two – an 11-3 win, Crane contributed a hit and three RBIs. Joe Mullin (Central Bucks South) was 1-for-3 with two RBIs. Puskar contributed a hit and scored a run. In Tuesday’s 9-6 loss to Dominican, Puskar contributed a hit and two RBIs. Crane and Mullin each also had a hit. In game two – a 7-4 loss, Puskar and Mullin (one RBI) each contributed a hit.

David Pine (Council Rock North) was 1-for-3 in Millersville’s 3-2 win over Kutztown in game two of Saturday’s twinbill. In game one – a 4-2 Millersville win, Chris Edgar (North Penn) was 1-for-3 with a run scored. Matt Albaugh (North Penn) was 1-for-2 with an RBI for Kutztown.  In Tuesday’s 19-0 win over Lincoln, Pine was 3-for-4 with one RBI and one run scored. He finished a home run shy of hitting for the cycle. Edgar contributed a hit and scored two runs. In Millersville’s 14-0 win over Lincoln in game two of the twinbill, Edgar was 3-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBIs.

Shortstop Matt Hone (Council Rock North) was 2-for-2 with a pair of singles in Widener’s 7-0 loss to Elizabethtown.

Redshirt freshman Jayson Rathjens (Quakertown) had four hits in East Stroudsburg’s 22-7 win over Philadelphia University on Thursday. Sophomore Kurtis Roberts (Quakertown) made his first career start and went 1.2 innings with three of his five runs allowed unearned.

Albaugh was 2-for-4 with one RBI and two runs scored in No. 18 Kutztown’s 6-2 win over Millersville on Friday in game one of a doubleheader. In Kutztown’s 6-5 win in game two, Edgar contributed a hit and scored a run for Millersville. Kutztown is ranked 18th in the Collegiate Baseball Magazine national poll after not being ranked last week. It also moved up to fourth in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Atlantic Region poll. Albaugh leads the group of everyday hitters with a .383 average at the plate.

Kristopher Davis (Central Bucks East) worked two innings in relief and earned the win in Elizabethtown’s 12-9 win over Widener on Friday.

Senior Tom Mackey (Neshaminy) was 1-for-2 with a run scored in Gwynedd-Mercy’s 9-3 loss to Neumann on Friday. In Tuesday’s 6-4 loss to Rowan, John Burns (Neshaminy) contributed a two-run double.

Senior Adam Kammler (Pennridge) contributed a sacrifice fly in La Salle’s 7-5 loss to Richmond on Sunday. In Saturday’s 2-1 loss to Richmond, senior Kevin Christy (North Penn) took a no-hitter into the seventh inning, but Richmond got its first hits and runs in that inning to beat the Explorers. Christy allowed two unearned runs in seven innings, allowing four hits and striking out eight. In La Salle’s 5-2 win over Richmond on Friday, freshman Mike McLeod (Harry S Truman) struck out three in 1.2 innings of relief for his second win of the spring. In La Salle’s 11-2 win over Lafayette on Tuesday, Kammler had two hits. McLeod allowed one earned run in 3.1 innings on the mound.

Keith Meyer (Council Rock South) was 6-for-9 and scored three runs in Bloomsburg’s split with Shippensburg on Saturday. The Huskies defeated the Raiders 11-5 in game one. Meyer had a pair of hits. In game two, the Raiders won 8-7, but Meyer had a big game for the Huskies, going 4-for-5 with two runs scored. In Bloomsburg’s 5-2 loss to Shippensburg in game two of a twinbill on Friday, Meyer was 3-for-4. In Bloomsburg’s 4-3 win in game one, Meyer singled and scored a run. In Bloomsburg’s sweep of Clarion on Tuesday, Meyer scored four runs. Freshman Jared Schaffer (Pennridge) picked up his first collegiate win in Bloomsburg’s 6-5 win in game two, working five innings and striking out three batters.

Craig Lepre (North Penn) contributed an RBI single and scored a run in Albany’s 9-4 win over the University of Massachusetts on Sunday.

Dan Seitzinger (Central Bucks West) was 2-for-4 with an RBI in Moravian’s 8-6 win over Susquehanna on Sunday in game two of a twinbill. In Moravian’s 11-1 win in game one of the doubleheader, Matt Hanson (Central Bucks West) was 1-for-3 with a run scored. In Saturday’s 5-4 loss to Susquehanna, Seitzinger and Hanson both had a hit. Hanson also contributed an RBI and scored a run. In Tuesday, 6-5 loss in 10 innings to #12 Misericordia, Seitzinger was 2-for-5 with an RBI. Hanson also contributed an RBI. In Monday’s 27-5 win over Juniata, Hanson was 5-for-6 with three RBIs and five runs scored while Seitzinger was 4-for-6 with three RBIs.

Robbie Zinsmeister (North Penn) contributed a hit and scored a run in IUP’s 12-6 loss to No. 24 Mercyhurst in game one of a twinbill on Saturday. In IUP’s 12-2 loss in game two, freshman Dylan Tice (Pennridge) was 1-for-2. In Friday’s 18-0 rout of Mercyhurst in game two of a twinbill, Zinsmeister was 3-for-4 with a triple, three runs scored and two RBIs. Tice was 1-for-2 with three runs scored. In game one, an 11-4 loss, Zinsmeister picked up one hit.

Eric Ruth (North Penn) absorbed the loss in Winthrop’s 5-1 loss to Gardner-Webb on Saturday. Ruth retired eight of the first nine batters he faced but ran into trouble in the bottom of the fourth when Gardner-Webb plated all of its runs.

Pete O’Hara (Council Rock North) contributed a double and scored two runs in Delaware Valley’s 4-2 win over King’s College on Sunday. In Del Val’s 15-8 loss to King’s on Friday, O’Hara had three hits in six trips to the plate.

Mike Bradstreet (North Penn) earned his first win of the season in Rhode Island’s 5-4 win over Saint Joseph’s on Saturday. The North Penn alum worked 1.2 innings, allowing one hit and no runs. Ryan Pater (Central Bucks East) led off and collected a hit for St. Joe’s.

Pater, who reached base on an error, scored the Hawks’ only run in St. Joe’s 15-1 loss to Rhode Island on Sunday.

Tim Filer (Council Rock North) collected a pair of hits and scored a run in Lebanon Valley’s 6-5 win over Marywood on Monday.

Senior Ryan Brown (Souderton) blasted his team-high sixth home run of the season in Messiah College’s 11-6 loss to Albright in game one of a twinbill on Saturday. In Messiah’s 16-5 win over Albright, Brown collected a hit and scored a run. In Wednesday’s 8-6 loss to York College, Brown hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning. Brown – who leads the team in home runs – was hitting .369 with a .738 slugging percentage. He finished the game with two hits, three RBIs and one run scored. In Tuesday’s 14-7 loss to The College of New Jersey, Brown hit a solo home run and finished the game 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored.

Ryan Henritzy (Council Rock North) was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI in Lock Haven’s 6-5 win over Gannon on Saturday. In Friday’s 6-0 loss to Gannon, Henritzy collected one of his team’s two hits.

MEN’S LACROSSE
Junior Heath Kupecky (Upper Merion) scored a goal in Messiah College’s 9-8 win over Whittier College on Thursday.

Sophomore Shawn Caven (Pennsbury) was credited with seven ground balls, and he also was 8-for-12 on face-offs in Ursinus College’s 10-9 loss to Eastern University on Saturday.

Senior Johnny Casey (Abington) scored a goal in Widener’s 9-6 loss to No. 20 Gettysburg on Wednesday.

WOMEN’S LACROSSE
Senior Lauren Greco (Council Rock South) scored a goal in Holy Family’s 12-11 win over Georgian Court on Saturday.

Senior Leeann Pica (Neshaminy) netted her team-leading 15th goal of the season in Kutztown’s 17-6 loss to Gannon University on Saturday. In Friday’s 20-6 loss to Mercyhurst, Pica scored three goals. In Tuesday’s 9-8 loss to Philadelphia University, Pica scored four goals.

Junior midfielder Elizabeth Chatburn (Upper Dublin) had three caused turnovers and three draw controls in Ursinus College’s 14-0 win over Bryn Mawr on Saturday. Junior Jackie Kimmel (Hatboro-Horsham) recorded two saves in goal in 19:50 minutes of action.

Senior Ali Cross (Upper Dublin) recorded a career-high 12 saves in goal in Shippensburg’s 13-9 loss to Slippery Rock on Saturday. Seven of her stops came on free position attempts. In Friday’s 9-6 win over Edinboro, Cross made six saves to record her third victory of the season. Junior Roxanne Brown (Pennridge) scored a goal on her only shot, assisted on a second half goal while also recording one draw control, one ground ball and one caused turnover. Freshman Garrie Grenfell (North Penn) contributed a goal. In Tuesday’s 21-5 win over Shepherd, Cross made a then career-high 10 saves, including four on free positions. She also had a caused turnover and two ground balls. It was just the fourth time in her collegiate career she played goalie. Brown contributed a goal and assist while Grenfell also scored a goal.

Kelly Hamilton (Central Bucks South) scored two goals in No. 10 Lock Haven’s 22-5 win over East Stroudsburg on Friday. In Saturday’s 15-10 win over 15th-ranked Bloomsburg, Hamilton contributed a goal. For the Huskies, Ashley Bossert (Wissahickon) and Carly Ball (North Penn) both scored a single goal and Aubrey Bossert (Wissahickon) contributed an assist.

Junior Erin Gorenflo (Plymouth Whitemarsh) scored her first career goal in Gwynedd-Mercy’s 22-3 win over Cedar Crest on Saturday. Jenna D’Arcy (Hatboro-Horsham) contributed two goals and one assist. In Thursday’s 12-11 win over Arcadia, D’Arcy capped a three-goal comeback with her game winner with 55.7 seconds left. D’Arcy also contributed an assist.

Sophomore Danielle Savoni (Hatboro-Horsham) scored a goal in Penn State Abington’s 21-2 loss to Morrisville State on Sunday. In Saturday’s 14-10 loss to Cazenovia College, Savoni scored four goals while teammate Victoria Brady (North Penn) added an unassisted goal.

Junior Alisha Aquilino (Abington) turned away six shots in St. Joseph’s 14-7 loss to Richmond on Sunday. In Thursday’s 10-9 overtime loss to George Washington, she made 12 saves.

Lauren McDermott (North Penn) scored a pair of goals in La Salle’s 12-11 overtime win over Duquesne on Friday. McDermott has a team-leading 20 goals on the season. Seniors Sara Ciaverelli (North Penn) and Allison Herman (North Penn) lead one of the top defenses in the A-10.

Kendall Roode (Neshaminy) contributed a goal in Eastern University’s 19-5 loss to No. 4 The College of New Jersey on Tuesday.

Karen Illuminati (Upper Moreland) scored two goals and contributed an assist in Millersville’s 18-15 loss to Slippery Rock on Friday. Lauren Mateja (Upper Merion) stopped 10 shots in goal.

Stephanie Bianco (Upper Merion) contributed one goal, three draw controls, three ground balls and one caused turnover while teammate Taylor Hickman (Pennsbury) came off the bench to contribute a pair of goals in #15 IUP’s 18-9 win over East Stroudsburg on Saturday. In IUP’s 18-17 win over Bloomsburg in sudden death overtime on Friday, Bianco contributed three goals and an assist. In Monday’s 24-2 win over Notre Dame College, Bianco scored four goals. For the first time in program history, the IUP lacrosse team has entered the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II Poll, which was released on Tuesday. They are in a three-way tie for 15th in the poll along with Bloomsburg and Molloy.  In addition, IUP was ranked 11th in the latest Division II/NAIA computer rankings released by LaxPower.com.

Sophomore Amy Cross (Upper Dublin) had a caused turnover that led to No. 2 Syracuse’s first goal in the Orange’s 10-6 win over Harvard on Saturday. The game was the first intercollegiate women’s event at Gilette Stadium.

Emily Maher (Pennridge) had six draw controls while teammate Bernadette Maher (Council Rock North) tallied a team-high two goals in American University’s 17-11 loss to #13 Georgetown on Tuesday. In Saturday’s 18-15 win over Lehigh, Emily Maher contributed one goal, three draw controls and two ground balls.

Rachel Dirksen (Abington) scored four goals and contributed an assist in #10 Messiah College’s 20-18 overtime loss to Catholic University. Teammate Rachel Coyle (Souderton) was credited with four ground balls, four draw controls and two caused turnovers. Both Dirksen and Coyle were on the bench at the end of the game, Dirksen for a red card and Coyle after receiving a second yellow card.

SOFTBALL
Holy Family juniors Lindsey Iden (Council Rock North) and Deanna Myers (William Tennent) finished Friday’s doubleheader sweep of Chestnut Hill 2-for-5 at the plate with two runs. Myers also drove in a run.  Freshman Erica Reis (Central Bucks East) was 1-for-5 but drove in four runs after hitting her third home run of the season. Sophomore pitcher Rachael Alligood (Harry S Truman) earned the win on the mound, allowing one hit while striking out three in three innings of work. Freshman Kelsi Bunda (Pennsbury) drove in a run with a bases loaded walk in Holy Family’s 9-0 win in game two of the twinbill. In Holly Family’s 5-4 loss to Wilmington on Tuesday, Reis contributed an RBI double. On the mound, Alligood didn’t allow a run until the sixth inning. In 5.1 innings of work, she allowed three runs and struck out three.

Kutztown senior Heather Hannum (Hatboro-Horsham) was named the PSAC East Player of the Week for the week ending March 26. The senior first baseman hit .556 (5-for-9) with four runs scored, two home runs and five RBI to help Kutztown extend its winning streak to 16. She compiled a 1.222 slugging percentage and a .667 on-base percentage for a 1.889 OPS. She clubbed a three-run homer in the first inning of the second game in a doubleheader sweep of Georgian Court. Against West Chester, Hannum scored the only run of game one with a solo dinger in the second inning. In the second game, Hannum drove in one of Kutztown’s two runs in a 2-1 win.

Hannum had a pair of hits in Kutztown’s 9-1 win over Clarion in game one of a twinbill on Saturday. In Kutztown’s 8-3 win in game two, Hannum finished with two hits and two RBIs. In Kutztown’s 8-0 win over Goldey-Beacom on Wednesday, Hannum delivered a suicide squeeze bunt that plated a run. In Kutztown’s 6-1 win over Goldey-Beacom in game two, Hannum delivered a single, RBI and scored two runs.

Freshman Liz Parkins (Souderton) entered Sunday’s 8-0 loss to Bloomsburg in the second inning and did not allow a hit in relief, retiring all eight batters she faced. Parkins recorded two strikeouts.

Samantha Schoell (North Penn) was 2-for-2 with a double and two RBIs in Temple’s 8-0 win over La Salle in the nightcap of a twinbill on Friday. In Tuesday’s 3-2 win over Wagner, Schoell delivered an RBI single. As of March 26, Schoell, who leads the team in sacrifice hits, is ranked fifth in the country in sacrifices per game, averaging 0.41 per game.

Freshman Melissa Kulp (Upper Merion) was 1-for-3 with two RBIs and one run scored in Penn State Abington’s 8-5 win over Gallaudet in game one of a doubleheader on Saturday. In Wednesday’s 9-2 win over Saint Elizabeth in game one of a doubleheader, freshman pitcher Tiffany Sipler (Upper Moreland) limited St. Elizabeth to two runs on just three hits while striking out four batters for the win. In Abington’s 8-7 win in eight innings in game two, Kulp was 2-for-3 with one RBI and two runs scored. Jalisa Clarke (Council Rock North) singled and stole a base.

Chelsea Detwiler (Norristown) singled and scored a run in Lebanon Valley’s 11-1 win over Wilkes on Thursday.

Jaime Schwartz (Souderton) contributed a pair of RBIs in Eastern University’s 6-5 win over King’s College.

East Stroudsburg senior DP Rachel Geiringer (Hatboro-Horsham) hit a pair of home runs in Saturday’s doubleheader split with Millersville to move into second in school history with 15 career home runs. Gieringer was 6-for-9 on the day with three doubles, two homers, eight RBI and four runs scored. She was 3-for-5 with a double, homer and three RBI in game one, an 11-9 win. In the second game – an 18-10 loss, she was 3-for-5 with two doubles, a homer and five RBI. In Friday’s 3-2 win over West Chester, Gieringer hit a two-out RBI double.

Alicia Hughes (Quakertown) picked up her third win of the season in Millersville’s 5-1 win over Lock Haven on Saturday. She allowed just one run on eight hits and struck out three. In the process, the junior hurler lowered her ERA to a team-best 3.90. Teammate Gabbie Berry (Norristown) contributed a hit and an RBI. In Sunday’s 5-1 win over Goldey-Beacom, Berry delivered a two-run double to increase her team lead in the RBI category to 16. Teammate Danielle DiFilippo (Hatboro-Horsham) contributed an RBI single.

Senior Kristen Palmerio (Norristown) was named Commonwealth Player of the Week for the week ending March 26. Palmerio, who repeated as CC Pitcher of the Week, appeared in five games (28.1 innings), earning a pair of wins and a pair of saves. She picked up a loss against Messiah in a 1-0 10-inning pitcher’s duel in which she did not allow an earned run. She pitched in both games of a doubleheader against Gettysburg for her first two saves of the season and both games of a doubleheader with Widener for a pair of wins.

Deanna Dungee (North Penn) contributed an RBI single in Alvernia’s 12-1 win over Lycoming College on Saturday. In Alvernia’s 9-8 win in game two of the twinbill, Dungee had an RBI single and also picked up the win on the mound, improving to 6-1 on the season. In Thursday’s 9-4 win over Arcadia, Dungee entered the game in relief in the top of the fifth inning to shut down the Knights through the seventh and earn her fifth win of the season.

Amanda Sadowl (Hatboro-Horsham) pitched the final four innings of Mount St. Mary’s 9-2 loss to Central Connecticut State on Sunday. In Saturday’s 5-2 loss to Bryant, Sadowl absorbed the loss, allowing five runs on five hits.

Sophomore Stephanie Farrar (North Penn) threw five innings in Gwynedd-Mercy’s 8-0 loss to Centenary on Sunday, yielding four earned runs while walking two and striking out two. She also had one of her team’s two hits.

Megan Kelly (Hatboro-Horsham) was 3-for-4 while Jess Schuck (Council Rock South) was 3-for-5 and Kim Begley (Abington) had a pair of RBI and hit her second home run of the week in West Chester’s 11-10 loss to IUP in the second game of a doubleheader on Saturday. In Friday’s 8-0 win over Shippensburg in game two of a twinbill, Schuck had one hit and one RBI. Kelly had one hit, one run scored and one RBI. Erin Quense (Neshaminy) knocked in a run with her game-ending double. In game one – a 3-2 Shippensburg win, Schuck collected a double, one of two hits by the Rams. In game one of a twinbill sweep of Lincoln on Wednesday – an 11-0 win, Begley was 2-for-2 with a triple, RBI and a run scored. Quense was 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Schuck was 2-for-3 with a double, RBI and run scored. In game two – a 21-0 West Chester win, Melissa Spinosa (Hatboro-Horsham) hit a grand slam, marking the freshman’s first collegiate home run. Spinosa finished the game 2-for-4 with four RBIs and two runs scored. Begley, who was 3-for-4 with three runs scored, hit a solo home run. Schuck was 3-for-4, which included a three-run double, drove in four runs and scored two runs.

MEN’S SWIMMING & DIVING
Indiana University junior Zac Nees (North Penn) received the Big Ten Diver of the Year award. Nees is the sixth Hoosier diver to earn the award, and it is the 10th time the award has gone to someone on the Bloomington campus. Nees picked up a trio of All-American honors at the recent NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships in Federal Way, Wash. He finished sixth on the 3-meter springboard and eighth on the platform to earn All-America designation and was 13th on the 1-meter for honorable mention All-America honors. At the Big Ten Championships last month in Iowa City, Iowa, Nees finished sixth on the 1-meter, third on the 3-meter and fourth on the platform. This season Nees posted a career best score of 420.90 on the 1-meter which is a new IU dual meet record. He also set new career marks for the 3-meter (413.85) and platform (420.25) this season.

MEN’S TRACK & FIELD
Elizabethtown’s Luke Rotenberger (Quakertown) posted a time of 57.76 in the 400m hurdles at Susquehanna University’s Jim Taylor Invite. His time was the second fastest of 22 times.

Sam Keliojor (Norristown) was part of Gwynedd-Mercy’s 4x100 meter relay team that finished first at the Danny Curran Invitational at Widener University. The team’s time of 43.38 was good enough to qualify for the ECAC Championships in May.

Brandon Mercer (North Penn) was part of East Stroudsburg’s 4x100 squad that finished second with a time of 41.93 at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational. He finished fourth in the 100m dash with a time of 10.88. Keith Parker-Washington (Upper Moreland) was part of the winning 4x400 relay that posted a time of 3:19.79. He also finished third in the long jump with a leap of 20-10 ¾. Christopher Walker (Pennridge) was part of ESU’s 4x400 relay that finished seventh and posted a time of 3:28.02.

Lock Haven’s Steve Roberts (Quakertown) finished third in the 400 meter dash with a time of 48.87 at the Fred Hardy Invitational at the University of Richmond.

Senior Eric Wolfe (Central Bucks South) was part of Shippensburg’s 4x400 meter relay team that set a new meet record at the Fred Hardy Invitational hosted by the University of Richmond, posting a first place time of 3:15.65. Sophomore Dan Dreeman (Council Rock South) was part of the Raiders’ 4x800 meter relay that also recorded a victory, posting a time of 7:46.33.

West Chester’s Brian Pellechia (North Penn) placed ninth overall in the hammer throw with a distance of 138 feet, 8 inches at the Danny Curran Invitational at Widener University. The distance was good enough to qualify him for the 2012 PSAC Outdoor Championships.

Brandon Bennett-Green (Cheltenham) was part of Penn State’s winning 4x400 meter relay that posted a time of 3:10.69 at the Jim Click Shootout at the University of Arizona. Bennett-Green was the highest individual place winner in the sprints, finishing third in the 200 meters in a personal best 21.13. He also was a member of the winning 4x100 relay team that also included Matt Gilmore (Cheltenham).

WOMEN’S TRACK & FIELD
Penn State sophomore Brittney Howell (Cheltenham) improved her career-best heptathlon total by over 300 points, scoring 4939 to place 15th during the Jim Click Combined Events competition at the University of Arizona. Howell also turned in a series of career best on the opening day of competition, clocking 14.19 in the 100-meter hurdles – a lifetime best by nearly half a second. Howell followed up with a PR of 36-2 (11.02) in the shot put and a lifetime low 25.02 in the 200 meters. She concluded competition with an outdoor 800 meter best of 2:31.24. Teammate Ijeoma Iheoma (Council Rock South) placed fourth in the 400 meters in 53.97.

Bloomsburg’s Tayler Harkins (North Penn) finished second in the shot put with a throw of 11.11 meters (36’ 5 ½”) at the Jim Taylor Invitational at Susquehanna University on Saturday

Seniors Lauren Brown (Pennsbury) and Khaliah Darden (Pennsbury) were part of Gwynedd-Mercy’s 4x100 meter relay that finished sixth out of 14 competing teams at the 10th Annual Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener University. The team posted a time of 51.30 seconds, just three tenths shy of the ECAC qualifying standard.

Caitlin Stuetz (Cheltenham) finished second in the 100 hurdles at the Fred Hardy Invitational hosted by the University of Richmond, posting a time of 15.05. In the 400-meter intermediate hurdles, Stuetz posted an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 1:02.18. It is the fastest time thus far in the PSAC this season. She placed fifth in Friday’s event behind two club runners and two Division I athletes.

Kutztown’s Carolyn Fergus (North Penn) took third place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:36.97 at the Fred Hardy Invitational at the University of Richmond.

Lock Haven’s Vanita Moses (Neshaminy) finished second in the hammer throw with a mark of 173 feet at the Fred Hardy Invite hosted by Richmond University. The mark is a personal best, school record and an NCAA provisional qualifying mark. Laura Histand (Neshaminy) finished 11th in the women’s 3K with a time of 10:29.68, good enough for a PSAC mark.
