Upper Dublin 15, Norristown 0
Kelly Cross scored the 200th goal of her high school career as Upper Dublin jumped out to a 13-0 halftime lead and eased to a 15-0 win over Norristown in Tuesday's American Conference matchup. The senior midfielder reached the 200-goal plateau with her fourth goal of the game. She also added four assists.
Julie Cross scored three goals, Brooke Callahan had two goals and three assists, Anna Trentini and Rachel DiFrangia each scored twice, Emily Hitchings and Taylor D'Ginto each scored one and Danielle Ferguson had one assist. Sarah Gallagher made four saves in goal for Upper Dublin. Norristown keeper Ellie Gilette made five saves.

Central Bucks West 14, Pennridge 13 (OT)
Central Bucks West overcame a 5-0 deficit to start the game, scored a game-tying goal with 19 seconds left in regulation, then netted the game-winner off a free position in overtime pull out a dramatic 14-13 victory over Pennridge in Tuesday’s Continental Conference game.
“It was not our strongest game,” said West coach Tara Schmucker. “We were very sluggish at the start. But they proved they can come back and fight and pull it out.”
Senior Tara Shugars scored her second of the game (Elena Romesburg assist) with just 19 ticks left on the clock to tie the game at 13-13 and force the extra period. A Pennridge offside in overtime led to a West free position and Sarah Gebre buried her chance for her second goal of the game and the victory for the Bucks.
“This was our third straight one-goal game,” Schmucker said. “The girls keep fighting and battling. It’s a lesson learned in confidence.”
Jess Circuit led the Bucks with three goals. Gebre, Shugars, Romesburg, Steph Cooper and Paige Savard each added two goals. Romesburg finished with two assists. Circuit, Shugars and Savard each added one. Kyra Bergere made 10 saves in recording the win in goal.
Schmucker praised Savard, a freshman making her varsity debut, for her solid three-point game as well as two ground balls and one draw control.
Taylor Dachowski led the Rams with four goals. Aerin McHugh had a hat trick, Maddie Maher scored twice and Megan Conwell and Sarah Wiley each scored one.

Wissahickon 17, Upper Moreland 5
Laura Frankenfield continued her torrid scoring pace, netting five goals and assisting on four others, as the Trojans jumped out to a 13-2 halftime lead and downed Upper Moreland, 17-5, in Tuesday’s American Conference matchup.
Zoe Kale scored for goals for the Trojans (3-1 overall, 3-0 league), Zoe Gomez had two goals and an assist, Lauren Irvine scored twice, Rachel Zucker had a goal and an assist, and Alana Stutman, Taylor Myers and Bailey Weber each scored once.
Kathryn Brunner led the Golden Bears (2-3, 1-2) with a hat trick. Veronica Baez and Maddie Mauro each added a goal. Samara Santry and Lily Sgro each had one assist.
Alison Hunter made four saves to record the win in goal for the Trojans. Kaitlin Taylor made four saves and Emma Joyce had one for the Golden Bears.

Abington 17, Council Rock South 12
Hanna Sjoholm led the way with four goals, four assists and four draw controls as Abington downed Council Rock South in Tuesday’s National Conference game.
Meredith Cox had four goals and two assists for the Ghosts, Kelsey Fitzgerald scored four, Jeannie Van Buren registered a hat trick, Emma Gross had a goal and four ground balls and Katarina Thallner scored once. Allison Rooney and Anna Kumor each had one assist.

Mount St. Joseph 11, Council Rock North 4
Mount St. Joseph led 6-1 at halftime and downed Council Rock North, 11-4, in Tuesday’s non-league matchup.
The Mount’s Olivia Gannon scored three of her game-high five goals in the second half.
For North, Hannah Plappert, Natalie Maher, Kara Magley and Molly Doyle each scored once.

Pennsbury 19, Neshaminy 7
Jackie Sweeney and Kelsy Gumbert each had identical six-goal, two-assist afternoons as Pennsbury rolled past local and National Conference rival Neshaminy in Tuesday’s game.
Alyssa Matthews added five assists to her two-goal day, Joy Hopkins had two goals and an assist, and Ellie Fagan, Carson Smith and Rachel Pierce each added one goal.
Fran Donato led the Redskins with four goals and one assist. Cassidy Dilenno had two goals and Katie Suchodolski added one goal.
Pennsbury keeper Liana Eyre made three saves in recording the win in goal.
Pennsbury improves to 4-4 overall, 2-1 in league play. Neshaminy drops to 0-4, 0-2.

Cheltenham 11, Plymouth Whitemarsh 6
Cheltenham overcame a 3-2 halftime deficit to pull out an 11-6 victory over Plymouth Whitemarsh in Tuesday’s American Conference matchup.
Allison Hawkins, Sammie McManus and Gabby Szczepanek each had three goals and one assist. Emily Hawkins had a goal and an assist and Skye Wallace chipped in with one goal for the Panthers. Jack Dudo made six saves in goal.
Allison Hawkins won 12 of 18 draw controls and Sammie McManus was credited with eight ground balls."It was a sloppy, scrappy, physical game in the first half,” said Cheltenham coach Dave Burton. “I thought that PW played great defense throughout the game, and really made us work for every shot. They kind of dictated the pace of play in the first half with their defense, and they forced us into a lot of bad shots and turnovers.
“I think the girls made a nice adjustment in the second half and played with a little more purpose on both ends of the field. We made some bad decisions, but we made plays when we needed to make them. This was one of those ‘grind it out’ games … not very pretty, but we did enough to win."
Kayla Wisniewski led the Colonials with four goals. Sarah Naylor and Meg McCullough each added one. PW goalkeeper Jordyn Dunacusky made 10 saves.

North Penn 17, Souderton 6
Brenda McDermott had a nine-point game with four goals and five assists as North Penn downed Souderton, 17-6, in Tuesday evening’s Continental Conference game.
Rachel Shaw had five goals, Aubrie Stouffer added two, Hannah Young had two goals and an assist and Tara Rogers scored once. Kaitlin Suzuki had three goals and eight draw controls. Emilie Ikeda was credited with seven ground balls. Maiden goalie Jenna Stover was credited with six saves.
Carley Kendall led Souderton with two goals. Liz Mower, Alyssa Ziegler, Tori Bulgier and Natalie Bulgier each added one. Kaitlin Crouthamel made 11 saves in goal.
