HATBORO-HORSHAM 12, PENNRIDGE 1
The Hatters took a 4-1 lead into halftime but exploded for eight unanswered goals in the second half. The Hatters were led offensively by Zach Irwine (four goals), Ryan Higgins (three goals), Jimmy Durkin (two goals) and Jimmy Murphy (one goal, three assists). Connor Kreston added a single goal, and Ben Cellini and Connor Kreston each added an assist.
Brian Beck and CJ Pessalano dominated on face-offs, and Beck led the Hatters with four ground balls. Jake Cresta, TJ Keleher and Keith Cameron turned in solid defensive efforts, and goalie Marc Poust was strong in goal, turning away 11 shots.
The Hatters are 2-0 in league play (2-2 overall) while the Rams are 0-1 in the league (0-2 overall).

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 14, NORTH PENN 1
The Patriots seized control of Tuesday’s game early, opening up a 5-0 lead before the Knights scored their only goal of the day with 26 seconds remaining in the opening quarter. CB East goalies Sean McSherry, Sean McGovern and Bryan Szymanski combined to shut out the Knights in the second, third and fourth quarters.
Matt Schmidt (five goals, two assists) had a seven-point effort to lead the Patriots while Matt Milici (three goals, three assists) had six points. Matt Heim had three goals and one assist, and Geoff Kuhn had one goal and one assist. Matt Brown and Cole Rushworth both had one goal.
Rushworth won 10 of 13 face-offs, and Andrew Delbracco won five of five face-offs. Tyler Butler’s four ground balls led the defense. Zach Kane, Richard Hartung and Dustin Buchanan each had three ground balls.
Adam Wreath scored the Knights’ lone goal, using an Alex Kopcho assist. Matt McGonaghy was credited with three ground balls. Chris Barr (seven saves) and Mark Eber (six saves) combined for 13 saves in goal.
The Patriots held a 31-11 advantage in shots.
The Patriots are 2-0 in league play (3-0 overall) while the Knights fell to 0-3 in the league (1-3 overall).

WISSAHICKON 5, PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 1
Luke Gomez (two goals, one assist) and Zach Scannapieco (one goal, two assists) both turned in three-point efforts to lead the Trojans while Jack Shea and Nate DeGroat each added a goal.
The Trojans, who broke a scoreless tie with a second quarter goal, took a 1-0 lead into halftime. They led 3-0 heading into the final quarter when the Colonials got on the scoreboard.

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 9, ARCHBISHOP WOOD 7
The Titans eked out the nonleague win over the Vikings in a hard-fought battle. Jake Snavely finished with a game-high four points, which included three goals and one assist. Willie Pendleton and Tyler McGee each added two goals for the Titans while Tom DiBrino and Anthony Paone added single goals. Jake Henze had one assist.
The two teams were deadlocked 2-2 at the end of one quarter, and the Titans took a 3-2 lead into halftime only to watch the Vikings knot the score 5-5 heading into a final quarter that saw the Titans hold a 4-2 edge. McGee scored the final two goals, which proved to be the difference in the game. The Titans defense – led by Tim McCrudden and some timely saves by goalie Ryan Kelly – limited the Vikings to two fourth quarter goals.

UPPER MORELAND 18, NORRISTOWN 8
The Eagles received the hat trick and one assist from Sean Calhoun and three goals and two assists from Mike Smith. Drew Baltrus had one goal and two assists, and Carson Lucard had one assist for the Eagles, who fell to 0-3 in the league (0-4 overall).
The Golden Bears are 1-2 in the league (2-2 overall).

HOLY GHOST PREP 8, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 4

UPPER MERION 16, SPRINGFIELD (MONTCO) 8
Trevor Kupecky had a 10-point day for the Vikings, contributing three goals and seven assists as he had a hand in 10 of Upper Merion's 16 goals. Mikey Zadroga added six goals and two assists in a productive afternoon while Joe Mintzer had the hat trick. Tyler Thornton had two goals and Chris Jordan and Steve Ferguson, one goal each. Troy Minnich was credited with 13 saves in goal for the Vikings, who improved to 3-0 in league play (3-1 overall).

UPPER DUBLIN 18, CHELTENHAM 1

CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 3, SOUDERTON 2
Riley Kratzel scored a pair of goals and Ryan Green added a single goal to lead the Bucks. Matt Kalapos and Jimmy Seykot both contributed assists. West goalie Mike Harvan turned away 12 shots.
Tyler Macdougall and Ridge Schulz each scored goals for the Indians. Remi Reeves had 11 saves in goal for the Indians, who played strong defense. Nick Anderson was 5-0 in the face-off circle.
The loss was the first of the season for the Indians (3-1, 1-1 SOL) while the Bucks improved to 1-1 in league play (1-2 overall).

UPPER DARBY 12, NORRISTOWN 6
The Eagles found themselves on the short end of a 3-2 score at the end of one quarter and trailed 5-3 at the intermission. It was a 9-4 game at the end of three quarters.
Adrew Baltrus led the Eagles with four goals and one assist. Sean Calhoun added a pair of goals, and Tyeler Kingkiner had an assist for the Eagles, who fell to 0-3.
