With a major shakeup in the order of play, the Flying Cardinals were able to defeat a tough PW team. PW in the past has been a strong rival, and this was true again this year. Michael Reed-Price led the scoring with a 37. He once again reached the par 5 first hole in two. Cole Swiger shot his usual 39. Matt Amey also carded a 39 with a birdie on #4. The Cards end the first week of play with a 4-0 record.

Upper Dublin came through with a total team effort to defeat Upper Merion. Michael Reed-Price began the birdie and eagle barrage by eagling hole #1. David Kim birdied hole #4, Debbie Park birdied hole #9, Andy Dunnam birdied hole #1, Jack Melville birdied hole #4, and Cole Swiger birdied holes #1 and #9. This, according to coach David Koch, was probably the most birdies by any Upper Dublin golf team in one match.

Jalen Griffin started his senior campaign with very strong, firing a 4 under par 32 on the front nine at Cedarbrook Country Club. Junior Jake Libroli birdied two of his last three holes to shoot a career round of one over par 37. Senior Alex Kim matched it with a 37 of his own.
