1. Must keep last year’s successful results in the past and drive the work habits and determination that led to success into a new season with a new team.
2. Even with key returners, this team is a younger group than last year. Inexperience at certain positions will be a factor to watch.
3. Virtually a new coaching staff with new head coach Jeff Hollenbach. New offensive system and new defensive schemes. The learning curve for the players under this new staff is pretty steep.
