On October 15, 2013, the Wissahickon boys JV and varsity teams traveled down Bethlehem Pike to play a much-improved Upper Dublin team. The Trojan varsity squad defeated Upper Dublin by a score of 13 to 2. The Trojan offense was lead by Senior Luke Waechter who scored 7 of the Wissahickon goals on 7 shots. He also had 5 steals. Other goals were scored by Robby Wilson (1), Danny Knoll (2), Steven McFarland (1), Jeff Beyer (1), and David McFarland (1). David McFarland and Robby Wilson each had 3 assists and Alex Bolen had 2 assists and 2 steals. Ben Tumulo had a solid defensive game stealing the ball 4 times.
The JV boys also had a solid game both offensively and defensively, defeating UD by a score of 12 to 8. Jeff Beyer lead the Trojan offense with 3 goals and 2 assists. Jake Valentine scored twice on 5 shots. The other Trojan goals were scored by Noah Katz, John O'Donnell, Evan Shapiro, Alex Zavitsanos (2), Brad Greer, and Ryan Haney. Gavin Rogers had an impressive play sprinting down the pool, catching the ball, and earning the assist on one of Jake Valentine's goals. Goalie Ben Tate led the defense with 12 saves and contributed 5 assists with solid passing down the pool. Brandon Boone had a strong defensive game with three steals for the Trojans.
