The Bucks rode the glittering 35-save effort of goalie Kenny Doak to earn the shutout win on Friday. The Bucks held just a 38-35 advantage in shots but rode the hot goaltending of Doak to the decisive win.
Scotty Cappuccio led the Bucks’ attack with a four-point night, contributing two goals and two assists while Patrick Smith (two goals, one assist) and Danny Wilson (one goal, two assists) both had three-point nights.
The Bucks led 2-0 after one period, thanks to goals by Ryan Trefz and Danny Wilson. John McCreadie, Cappuccio and Smith each added single goals in the second period to make it a 5-0 game. Cappuccio (power play) and Smith closed out the scoring with goals in the third period.

Luke Honorowski (three goals, two assists) and Dustin Rabinowitz (two goals, three assists) continued their string of torrid offensive performances as both had five-point nights to lead the Trojans to the important win. Matt Vervlied (two goals, one assist) had a three-point night.
Honorowski put the Trojans on the scoreboard with a goal 43 seconds into the first period, but the Panthers answered with goals by PJ Partington, Charlie Feeney and Alec Dugan to go on top 3-1. Honorwoski broke the Panthers’ run with a shorthanded goal, but Gary Bunje and Andrew Bean (power play) answered with goals to send the Panthers into the second period with a 5-2 lead.
Vervlied (shorthanded), Rabinowitz (power play) and Kevin Schaeffer each scored for the Trojans in the second period while Partington scored Tennent’s lone goal, and suddenly, it was a 6-5 game. Vervlied scored the equalizer on a power play goal early in the final period, and when Rabinowitz converted a penalty shot, the Trojans led 7-6. Tennent’s Alec Dugan scored to knot things up again, but Honorowski scored the game winner in the game’s closing minute, and Brandon Rosoff added an empty net goal.
The Trojans held a 38-30 advantage in shots.

The Patriots took an early lead and never looked back on their way to the important win. Andrew Bily led a balanced Patriot attack with one goal and two assists.
Goals by Shaun Bily and Nick Chimera spotted the Patriots a 2-0 lead just over four minutes into the game. Daniel Rock cut that lead in half late in the period, but Austin Chase had an immediate answer, scoring to send the Patriots into the second period with a 3-1 lead. Clay Anders connected for the Indians to make it a 3-2 game, but Andrew Bily and Sean Parahus scored back-to-back goals to put the Patriots on top 5-2. That score held until the final horn.
The Patriots held just a 25-24 advantage in shots. East goalie Evan Angotti turned away 22 of 24 shots he faced.

Goals by Derek Heckler and Jeremy Snyder (power play) gave the Knights a 2-0 lead after one period. A goal by Rock South’s Eric Higgins made it a 2-1 game, but Ryan Nowicki scored a power play goal to give the Knights a two-goal advantage. Matt Gulack’s power play goal pulled Rock South to within 3-2 heading into the final period.

Lower Moreland scored a pair of goals early in the second period to knot the score and went on top 8-7 before Jordin Holmes and Caligiuri scored back-to-back goals to send the Golden Bears into the final period with a 9-8 lead. The teams exchanged goals in the third period.
