Mr. Tom Hetrick has been appointed Head Football Coach at Central Bucks High School South beginning with the 2014-2015 season. Mr. Hetrick’s appointment to this position follows the resignation of Mr. Dave Rackovan who resigned his position effective March 12.
Mr. Hetrick holds both a BS (’94) and MA (’95) Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hetrick began his teaching career in the Central Bucks School District in 1995 and currently continues in this same capacity teaching social studies at C.B. South.
Mr. Hetrick’s football coaching career includes the following: three years as Holicong Middle School’s Head Coach in the Central Bucks School District, High School Assistant Football Coach at Central Bucks High School East (2000-2007), and High School Assistant Football Coach at Central Bucks High School South (2008-2014).
Most recently, Mr. Hetrick has been part of the C.B. South Football staff that has helped lead a successful program. In his role as an educational leader, athletic leader, and coach, Mr. Hetrick’s diligent efforts have helped foster success without compromising Central Bucks School District values. As a school community, we look forward to his leadership in this new role.
