NOTES:
WISS LOSS, 2-3 AGAINST PW
PW #2 (23:09)
PW #14 (27:05)
WHS #12 MEMIS (29:44) - Elwell with a nice look and pass to Guzewicz. Guzewicz turn and quick lofting thru ball finding Memis crashing to volley a shot hitting the back of the net.
PW #14 (33:45)
WHS #14 MADY FOGLIA (34:15) - An Elwell cross found Foglia for a beautiful directional header inside the 18 for goal
Foglia off the bench made a huge difference with a beautiful header for goal shortly after entering the game. Foglia continued to play at pace providing opportunity for her team. Vervilied also had a stellar game contributing five out of the 18 shots recorded for Wiss. Elwell also should be mentioned for her effort up top, recording 7 shots and 1 assist.
A disappointing loss for Wiss this afternoon, however sometimes the best lessons are learned by mistake. We will no doubt look forward to our next match with PW.
