CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH GIRLS’ LACROSSE PREVIEW

Coach:  Janique Craig Head Coach, 11 years.

Assistant coaches:  Sarah Decherney Asst. Coach – 2nd year

Last year’s record:  5-4 SOL; 12-7 overall

Notable losses:
Devon Dietzel – Attack, West Chester University
Gabby Villa – Defense
Lauren Roberts - Attack

Key returners:

  • Courtney Dietzel – 11th grade, Attack/Midfield (Division 1 – Committed to Drexel)
  • Sarah Poli – 11th grade, Attack/Midfield  (Division 1 Recruit and has received offers)
  • Krysta Reading -10th grade, Attack/Midfield
  • Tori Wigand – 11th grade – Attack
  • Erin Putnam -11th grade - Goalkeeper

Outlook:  “Last year, we had a great season and experienced a few losses that were very close (CB West, Council Rock North, North Penn) which was a good experience for a 9th/10th grade based team.  This team is EXTREMELY dedicated and enthusiastic, and we have been working very hard this offseason.  Not only is this group talented but also are very close friends. We are looking forward to having a successful season!”
