The awards, sponsored by Univest, are given to seniors of good character who are students in good standing that have made significant contributions to their teams. The Univest Featured Athletes of three additional SOL schools received special recognition on Thursday. Nicole O’Neil, Public Relations and Social Media Manager for Univest, paid a visit to Harry S Truman, Bensalem and William Tennent, presenting certificates of recognition and gift bags to the Univest Featured Athletes at each school.
At Harry S Truman, seniors Maria Dea (field hockey/softball) and Mark Lopez-Shefcyk (football) were recognized.
At Bensalem, seniors Stephanie Yost (softball) and Ryan Molz (soccer) were recognized.
At William Tennent, seniors Niyah Rhoades (field hockey), Jackie Heim (softball), John Starr (tennis) and Dayton Stahl (swimming) were honored.
