"PW played a hard-fought game, but suffered their first loss of the season to Haverford 3-1. Frankie O'Brien scored the only goal during the first half off of a well-executed corner by Sophie Kolkka. The team played a solid first half, but had a few defensive breakdowns in the second half that resulted in Haverford goals. Overall, we played at a high-tempo and we have a lot of valuable lessons to take with us for the remainder of the season. Junior Sophie Kolkka and sophomore Jen Byrne played solid games for the Colonials."
