COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 3, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-11)
In a battle of the neighboring rivals, it was the Indians earning the sweep.
Setter Nick Baniewicz handed out 24 assists to go along with two digs, one kill and .5 blocks. Harry Wyatt led a balanced attack with nine kills and also had two digs, one ace and .5 blocks, and Jack Gunshenan added seven kills, one dig, two assists and .5 blocks. Sean D’Arcy had six kills. Also contributing at the net were Will Hewitt (four kills, .5 blocks), Keven D’Arcy (three kills, two digs, two blocks), Justin Burns (three kills, three digs, one block, one assist) and Herby Bourcard (three kills, .5 blocks). Eddie Mancinelli had eight digs and three assists. Justin Walton added four digs, one kill and .5 blocks. Chase McCauley added four assists, and Nick Ripans had one dig.
Council Rock North (2-0) will face George Washington on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 29
NESHAMINY 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 1 (25-21, 22-25, 25-22, 25-18)
The Redskins had a battle on their hands but – after splitting the first two sets – won the next two.
“CB South has a lot of young talented players that will help contribute throughout the season,” Neshaminy coach Pat Klingerman said. “We just managed to make fewer errors and get a win before the Easter break. Still lots of things to improve on, but happy to get a win before the break.”
Ben McGonagle had a huge night at the net for the ‘Skins, finishing with 18 kills and 12 digs. Tony Camillo added eight kills and three blocks. Setter Steve Wenderlich had 33 assists, three aces, eight digs and three blocks. Alex Swiderski led the defense with 17 digs, and Matt Schwab had 11 digs to go along with four kills. Also contributing were Jesse Marshall (two kills, three blocks), JD Palmieri (three aces, eight digs), Colin Smith (one ace) and Albert Shen (two kills).
For the Titans, Andrew Rubas had two aces, six kills, three blocks, eight assists and three digs, and Aidan O’Brien had four kills, six blocks and two digs.
“We played pretty well today and started to click offensively a bit more than our first couple matches,” coach Matt Ehlers said. “Our two sophomores both had big games.”
Senior Joe Karn also added seven blocks, one ace, three kills and five digs.
