Neshaminy had a few opportunities early in the first half but could not find the goal. CB South got on the board midway through the half on an own goal off a long throw. South had a long throw which gave us fits in the first half and they were finally able to cash in on thier opportunity. We did a better job in the second half in minimizing the throw-in they had. Nehaminy created more pressure in the second half including a breakaway but CB South goalkeeper, Gavin Campbell, was up to the challenge. Neshaminy pushed forward in the last 10 minutes to get the equalizer which allowed South more chances. One of the chances resulted in a corner. Christopher Griffin headed in a Corey Bethel service (73rd minute). Our decison making was not what we would've liked today and CB South outworked us in the critical parts of the game. Vince McGlynn had a standout game for Neshaminy with his high work rate and solid defending.
