Wissahickon Girls Water Polo continued their momentum with an 11-5 win over Perkiomen Valley on Monday in their home pool. Caitlin Valentine posted a 77% save percentage blocking 17 shots on 22 attempts. Defensively Jaclyn Staub contributed 7 steals while Becca Valentine added 5, with Laila Kennedy and Sophia Tsiobikas each adding 3. On the offensive side of the ball the Trojans shared the ball well with Becca Valentine scoring 4 goals, Maggie Krieger had 2, Chloe Lovensheimer and Laila Kennedy had 1 each and Anna Alberti had 3 goals with 5 assists. Jillian Garvey and Sophia Tsiobikas also added an assist. The Trojans look to continue their solid play as they host Upper Dublin on Thursday. GO BLUE!
