NORTH PENN 3, PENNRIDGE 2 (25-23, 18-25, 16-25, 25-15, 15-12)
The Knights rallied from a 2-1 deficit to win the final two sets, earning the hard-fought win.
Morgan Patterson (12 kills) and Natalie Wernly (12 kills, two blocks) both had big nights at the net to lead the attack. Alycia Powers added six kills. Setter Emily Cooper had 12 assists, five aces and five digs. Dianna Pissut added four aces and five digs, and Maddy Mejia chipped in three blocks and one ace. Francesca Dolan led the Knights’ defense with 18 digs and an ace.
For the Rams, who had a 7-1 lead in the fifth game but could not sustain it, junior outside hitter Emma Tirjan turned in a dominant effort at the net, posting a game-high 20 kills to go along with three aces. Junior setter Kara Allelunas posted 23 assists and junior setter Brenna Thomson had 18. Hitters Amber Johns, Lydia Stutzman and Julia Post all contributed to the offensive effort.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 3, QUAKERTOWN 1

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, NEW HOPE-SOLEBURY 1
The Patriots dropped the first set but rallied to win the next three in a spirited nonleague match.
“Tonight was an absolutely incredible game,” coach Kerri Rabberman said. “New Hope Solebury is a very talented team and coached extremely well. I am so proud of my girls with their fight and teamwork.”

Anna Ritter had 36 assists with one ace, four kills and 12 digs. Jenn Krzeminski had four aces, 17 kills, five blocks and nine digs. Vivien Agassi had 10 kills and eight digs. Halle Sharp added seven kills and three digs.
“Izzy Guzzi had a very impressive game with six kills and two blocks,” Rabberman said. “Camille Larson also added great defense and play at the net all night.”
Chloe Mettille added five digs and Megan Lunny had two digs.
“Morgan D'Angelo had a great game with four aces and 11 digs,” Rabberman said. “Abby Killough had an impressive night in the back row, leading us with 18 digs and also added two aces.”

SOUDERTON 3, DOCK MENNONITE ACADEMY 0 (25-10, 25-21, 25-10)
The Indians used a balanced attack in their win over their neighboring rival.
Jordyn Peacock led the attack with eight kills to go along with one ace, one dig and two blocks. Alyssa Reiner added five kills and three aces. Maria Iervolino also had five kills to go along with four digs. Hanna Ekecs led the Indians’ service game with seven aces, one kill and two digs. Bella Mazzeo led the defense with 17 digs and one ace. Setter Maya Hanson had 21 assists, 11 digs and one ace.
