SOL National Conference

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 1 (25-20, 25-21, 26-28, 26-24)

The Patriots won a hard fought match in four sets against their neighboring rival.

“It was another great match between CB East and CB South,” East coach Kerri Rabberman said. “South is a great team.

“Ii am very proud of my girls tonight and this big win in our conference. They truly played like a team and fought for every point. So many girls had their turns standing out in the match and I am just a very proud coach.”

East setter Anna Ritter had 37 assists, three aces and 16 digs, and Abby Killough had nine digs and one ace. Ava Napoletano added 11 kills and hit .409. Camille Larson had six kills while Caroline Eldringhoff had five kills and two blocks. Chloe Mettille led the defense with 25 digs and added two aces. Maddy Lacouture was great at the net with 10 kills and five blocks while adding five digs. Morgan D'Angelo also had a big night with 20 digs, two aces and passed a 2.80. Vivien Agassi led the attack with 13 kills and had one block and 11 digs.

Sophomore outside Millie Grove contributed 15 kills and nine digs, and sophomore defensive specialist Shannon Rector had eight digs.

"What a tough match,” South coach Kurt Godfrey said. “CB East is a really solid team and played really well on defense tonight. Kerri (Rabberman) has done an awesome job with them this season.  Viv, Anna and Morgan all had a great match against us."

"Tonight we played really hard but shot ourselves in the foot way too many times.  Allie and Lizzie were great for us.  They are really embracing being leaders for us on and off the court.  We threw some new girls into the mix tonight and I think they played really well. Shannon had eight digs for us and Rian Grant (sophomore swing player) got an opportunity to serve a couple times."

"This is a really tough conference to play in each season and while we fought hard tonight, it just wasn't enough against a strong East team."
