Senior Mia Wright scored a brace in the 18th and 37th minute. Senior Laura Pendleton scored in the 25th minute and Senior Julia Eustace scored in the 56th minute.
Mia’s first goal came off a cross from Anna Desch. Laura’s off a through ball by Karolina Bocul. Eustace goal came off a rebound off a shot that hit the crossbar by freshman Regan Rubin, in her first varsity game.
The defense of Maddie Amoia, Bliss Brenner, Ella Eustace and Molly Brown limited Springfield to 7 shots. GK Rachel Adelman recorded 4 saves in the shutout.
