CB South played tough against a very talented and quick Garnet Valley team. CBS goalie, Jillian Heilig, had 17 saves and the defense of sophomores Anna Shirley, Sarah Cooper, Grace Haag and senior Maddie Pearce allowed very few uncontested shots.

Pat Toner: It is always sad to say goodbye to our seniors. One of my favorite sayings is "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." There was a lot to smile about this season as we had the chance to watch the youngest, and most inexperienced team I've ever coached, achieve a level of success that surpassed everyone's expectations. This group of players was willing to change positions based on what we needed as a team. They understood that our success was a group effort and they believed in themselves and each other.

Congrats to our seniors for leading a team that finished 3rd in a very difficult league and earned 11 wins. Congrats on qualifying for the playoffs for the 4th straight year, for winning the first round for the past 4 years, and for sticking together as a team as several players dealt with injuries. I could not be more proud of all of you! Thanks to our parents, our administrators, our AD, our athletic secretary, Kathy Delzingaro, our maintenance crew and our athletic trainers for all you do.
