Outlook: “The SOL Continental will still be dominated by Quakertown and North Penn, but there will be some good individual battles for top spots. C.B. West may still be down in numbers, but it has some good young wrestlers that will be contending for those top spots in their weight classes. The middle to upper weights may be thin, but if we stay healthy and everyone does his job, we will hang tough as a team. This year’s wrestlers are eager, hardworking and driven to succeed. That is all we can ask for and to just keep improving each practice and each day.”
