Central Bucks West Comments
North Penn created multiple scoring opportunities and were able to finish when needed with 2 goals. Credit to Coach Shannon, staff and North Penn for playing at a high level - fast and skilled.
First and foremost, we are very proud regarding the work ethic and effort from our players. Second, we made several adjustments since the last time we played them; we were able to transition the ball much better from the inside out. While we did reduce the volume of unforced errors from our previous match against North Penn; we need to continue to improve our ball decision making and be more accountable and responsible to each other on the pitch. Finally, we need to learn how to finish when scoring opportunities are created and arise. It has been a challenge finding the back of the net.

The play started with a strong pass into the circle by midfielder Maddie Waldspurger. CB West had a strong second quarter putting more pressure on North Penn's defense, but Linsey Gilbert, Megan Albert, Melissa Sessler, and GK Mallory Stowell played tough and turned away West's opportunities. After re-grouping at halftime and making a few adjustments, North Penn came out strong in the third quarter scoring on a penalty corner with Erin O'Donnell tallying the goal on a Bay Detweiler assist.
