Strengths: This year we will feature a more balanced offensive attack and have a chance to be very strong on the backboard.
Question Marks: How quickly can we establish our team’s identity, build chemistry and play team ball on both sides of the floor.
Outlook: “Although we were only able to have a few weeks of in-person workouts prior to tryouts, our boys dedicated themselves to the weight room and becoming more skilled this offseason, and it has showed during our first week of practice. We will lean on upperclassmen Bernie Parent, Connor Rushing, and Mikey Sylvester to use last year’s experience to lead our less experienced players. Jack Blum and Adam Mahtat are two sophomores who stepped up towards the end of last year, and they will both be key players in the rotation this season. If we can defend like we have in the past, these boys will be a tough out. Because this group has put in the work, they earned the right to have a winning attitude and will be grateful for every opportunity to compete this season.”
