We played a tough game. We are improving every time we step on the field and this one was good for our younger players to play in a very back and forth and physical game.

We started the game with a 2 goal lead, and UD answered with 3 - it was a back and forth game in the first half, but we struggled to keep with Upper Dublin in the second half. Despite having to play down 2 players for the last 12 minutes of the game we competed until the last second of the game. Our defense really impressed me today during those 12 minutes. Playing with only 5 back on defense and on offense was tough and we were still able to score three times during the last 12 minutes. We played hard; it just wasn’t enough to pull out a win.
