Under wet course conditions, with spotty showers throughout the match, Cheltenham almost rained on Wissahickon's parade, losing a close home contest 221-229. Wissahickon was lead by freshman Jalen Griffin who salvaged his round by shooting even par over his last six holes to post a 41, but the Trojans most responsible for bailing out their squad were junior Peter Walters and senior Andrew McDevitt who shot 43 and 44, respectively. The much improved Panthers were led by Matt Brown's 40 and Scott Forrester's 43. With a win in Wissahickon's season finale vs PW at Cedarbrook CC on Wednesday, the Trojans have an opportunity to share American Conference co-Championship honors with their rival PW.
