Lower Moreland defeated Plumstead Christian Academy 5-1 in their season opener. Strong teamplay by all was key in this win. Lower Moreland goals were scored by Zoe Karros, Liz Neeld, Jess Pachman, Bri Rocha, and Kylie Hopkins. Meredith Lutter was a key contributor and playmaker with 3 assists. Lower Moreland’s solid defense made 3 defensive saves; Jess Shein, Kathleen Chen, and freshman Avery Stolarski all with 1 each. They will face Upper Moreland next Thursday.
