Lower Moreland Comments
In a tough and physical match between rivals Lower Moreland and Springfield, the Lady Lions succumbed by the score of 2-0. Goalie Sarah Rosala had 18 saves on the day and LM’s defense racked up 4 defensive saves. We were 0-0 at the half and Springfield scored their first goal in the 3rd on a corner. Unfortunately, the Lions struggled to recover from that goal. We will get back to practice tomorrow and prepare to wrap up the first half of our league schedule on a positive note Wednesday when we take on William Tennant.

GOALS by: 1st goal at 12:12 in the 3rd qtr. by Annie Coll, assist Emma Yoder. The second goal by Hailey Lesniak at 7:59 in the 3rd qtr. and an assist by Norah Conlin. GK Erin Roy secured the shutout with 6 saves.
