Comments:
PW was in control for much of the game, comfortably up 2 – 0 until we got a costly yellow card, Lower Moreland switched formations, and we gave up a PK. We remained under pressure for the final 15 minutes of the second half.
Sophomore goalkeeper, Caitlyn Dinh, played absolutely outstanding in net with several, highlight-reel saves in the second half.
Our backline of Libby Daddonna, Brianna Reynolds, Meghan Wendler, Kate Lukens, and a returning from injury Gabby Lifshutz (who made her season debut today) did a really nice job handling two ultra-physical LM forwards.
Sophomore Caelin Kosvitch was the star of the game. Aside from the two goals, her work rate from sideline to sideline was really enjoyable to watch. She played the entire game on a hot afternoon and never stopped running.
