Strength: “Our strength is in our midfield. We expect Julia Guarini and Kayla Nolan to spark our attack from the flanks and our central midfield should be solid.”
Question marks: “We are young and have big shoes to fill in goal. Sarah Heintz, a junior, leads the competition for the starting spot.”
Outlook: “Our expectations are that our young players will surprise some teams early as they are skilled and fit. We will probably endure some growing pains due to our youth and inexperience in goal, but we expect to improve on last year’s record. The team spirit/chemistry is extremely good, and the players are working hard in preseason to coalesce for success.”
