Outlook: We will have a lot of depth, although much of it will be very, very young. We will be more guard oriented then over the last several years with the departure of our long-time dominate force inside the paint Liz Martin, who graduated last year. We have the youngest team that I have ever had in my 12 years at CB East, and I am really looking forward to this upcoming season. We always consider ourselves a contender for the conference championship, as well as a district and state championship. This year our conference will be down a little from last year (because of a lot of very talented players graduating), but it will be as competitive as ever. I think that CB South has a nice, well-balanced team that will compete for the conference title as always with their strong guard-play. CB West will also be a factor this year, which a lot of credit should be given to their new coach for turning around a program that was 0-22 just a few years ago. Their team has been together for almost three full years now; they are well balanced and should be in the mix. And you can't count out Souderton and North Penn who also graduated a lot, but still bring back some solid players that are able to have a young team be built around them.”
Fun fact: This year’s team is going to Florida over Christmas to play in the Windermere Prep Holiday Classic in Orlando.
