CENTRAL BUCKS EAST GIRLS’ LACROSSE PREVIEW

Coach: Kelly White, 3^rd year coach

Assistant coaches: Amy Weber, Lauren Distler, and Alicia Buck

Last year’s record: 7-11 overall and 4-5 SOL National

Notable losses: Alana Rivas, Maggie Stella (Robert Morris), Taylor Seguine (BYU), Betty Wesney (IUP), and Julia Adams.

Key returners: Maggie Vetter (11^th /mid), Riley Donnelly(10^th/mid), Katelyn Stout (12^th /attack), Sara Donnelly (11^th/defense), Bella Ridolfi (10^th/defense) and Kayla Bartl (11th/defense).

Others to watch: Kaitlin Cahill(11^th/Attack), Mel Burian,(11^th/Attack) Whitney Dietz(10^th/Mid), Mackenzie Boyle (10^th/Defense), Kaitlyn Mickalic (12^th/Attack), and Michaela Daley(11^th/Attack).

Strengths/Question Marks: Strengths include our midfield and the ability to adjust both offensively/defensively.Question marks for our team will the ability to fill the shoes of Alana Rivas. Looking at junior Anna Rosenquiest and sophomore Lauren Maurer to step up in this position.

Outlook: “Looking forward to this season…we ended on a very positive note last year after a very challenging season. Our skills have vastly improved and we working hard as a team. Our focus has been to stay in the moment and to improve our game every day. There is a positive and fun energy at the moment…will need that to continue as our league is very challenging!”
