CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH BOYS’ BASKETBALL PREVIEW

Coach:  Jason Campbell (17th season)

Assistant coaches: Louie Ditri, Mike Razler, Matt Timmins, Paul Prezelski

Last year’s record:  6-6 in Continental Conference, 11-11 overall.

Notable losses:  Alex Dietz (1st Team All Continental Conference in 2018 & 2019; 2nd Team All-Intelligencer; Team MVP in 2018 & 2019.  Playing at Moravian College); Michael Waltrich (All League- Honorable Mention); Josh Consoletti, John Hackendahl, Zack O’Connor, Josiah Harrison, Nick Wursta

Key returners:  Michael Farley, Jr., F/C (2nd Team All-Continental); Evan D’Orazio, Sr., G

Others to watch: Nate Macalindong, Sr., G; Colin Mauz, Sr., G/F; Jim Wade, Sr., F/C; Owen Petrich, Sr., F; Jay Macalindong, Jr., G; Aidan Van Zanten, Jr., F;

Strengths:  This group of players competes every day in practice and play for each other.  They are focused on doing the little things to be successful this season.

Questions Marks:  Staying patient, being consistent, and preparing for the small details to play every game is a must to make up for lack of Varsity experience to compete in the Colonial Division, which is strong and competitive from top to bottom.

Outlook:  “The Titans are looking forward to the upcoming season and appreciating every opportunity we get to play during the pandemic.”
