COUNCIL ROCK NORTH BASEBALL PREVIEW

Coach:  Matt Schram 2nd year, 8th year overall.

Assistant coaches:  Russ Lyons, Dan Krapf, Bob Rabberman

Last year’s record:  19-4 overall, 10-1 SOL National Conference champions

Notable losses:  Every starter from last year’s team graduated. 

Key returners:  Phil Marks SR OF, Will Terry SR OF, Billy McAlister SR OF, Kevin Teta SR INF, Joe Hacker SR INF, Chris Ender SR C, Cal Parker SR INF, Jake Drossner P/OF,

Others to watch:  Brett Newman JR INF, Nate English JR INF, Max German JR INF, Zach Schram JR INF     

Strengths:  The guys have worked hard during the offseason in the gym and in the batting cages. 

Question Marks:  Every player on the field will be a first-time starter.  They are young and raw! 

Outlook:  Team goals for this year are to improve every day in all facets of the game and continue to work hard.
