Notable Losses: Sarah Kiely- playing basketball at American University, Kelly Scull- playing basketball at The University of Rochester, Jodi Marrazzo- James Madison University
Key returners: Devin Gold – Senior Guard (9.4 PPG, 3.0 assists,76 steals, 74.3% FT), Lauren Gold – Junior Guard (10.8 PPG,3.9 assists,92 steals, 84.8%FT).
Others to Watch: Emily Grundman – Junior Center/Forward, Helena Gemmell – Junior Forward, Megan Cunningham – Junior Forward/Guard, Alyssa Dumont – Junior Forward.
Outlook: “We lost three starters from last season. Hopefully, the experience our returning players gained in the District and State Tournaments last season will pay dividends this season. Our schedule is very challenging, and we expect to see steady improvement as the season progresses.”
Fun fact: Kelly Scull is the first North graduate to play at The University of Rochester which is also where Coach Palkovics played his college basketball.
