Strengths/Question Marks: “We have a lot of girls on the roster who have experienced minutes at the varsity level over the past few years, and we are hoping that pays dividends. Our overall experience, depth within the program, and competition throughout the roster overall are our strengths right now. One question mark will be establishing and solidifying roles cohesively to ultimately reach our team goals.”
Outlook: “Our goal is to compete for an SOL Patriot title and be competitive within a very difficult District. By now, everyone knows how competitive the SOL schedule and crossovers are; there are no nights off. If we can continue to compete and improve in practice while working towards those goals, we really like the potential of this group! As expectations and goals grow, trust within one another must grow as well.”
