Question Marks: Overall team size, knowing how to win, chemistry
Outlook: “Truman is coming off a 8-13 campaign, in which the majority of the season they were in the 24-team playoff field. Our two leading scorers graduated, leaving the scoring to several other capable and hopefully more team-oriented players such as Nixon who is three-year starter, Gabe Gipli, a two-year starter, and junior wing player Javeer Peterson, who is coming off an excellent football campaign. A goal for the season is to avoid another 2-10 SOL mark, which was absolutely embarrassing to the players and the Bristol Township community. There is enough firepower for Truman to make a run at a district playoff birth, hopefully the athletes can believe that they have the tools to finally get over the hump.”
