Outlook: The HH wrestling team has been getting back to normal with a true offseason with the return to the mats and the ability for colleges to host summer camps. The wrestling team has worked harder than ever before to prepare for the 2022-2023 season. Bill McKenzie joins the staff as the strength and conditioning coach. His knowledge and expertise is a welcomed edition to the team. Captains Chris Staub and Ryan Allgeier have grown into their roles as leaders and have dedicated themselves to improving in the sport of wrestling. HH wrestling will continue to thrive with young talent in the lineup. David Jensen and Benny Staub are proof that the youth wrestling club is producing future stars on the mat. Aiden Morrison returns home to HH and to a sport he hasn’t participated in in a while. With only two seniors in the varsity lineup (Newell and Palmeri), HH Wrestling will continue to build a strong foundation. We have a high standard and push the members of the team to reach it. The message is clear - build a strong culture of likeminded individuals and the team will flourish. Excelsior, Always in All Ways!”
