Question marks:  Many spots in the batting order are still up for grabs.
Will players continue to develop into productive varsity players?
Can successes at the JV level transfer to the Varsity level?

Outlook:         So far, things are looking good for this year’s squad. We are talented throughout our line-up but do lack one or two great players that you can count on consistently. For us to be successful in 2011, it will take a combined effort from everyone. Early on, it looks like we are getting that.

SOL Continental:    The SOL Continental is once again a very good baseball division. All teams (CB East, CB South, CB West, Hatboro-Horsham, Pennridge, Souderton, North Penn, and Quakertown) have been very competitive in the past and should be this year as well. Pennridge and the Central Bucks schools are probably the favorites but like previous years, everyone has a chance.

Coach’s comments: North Penn’s 2010 SOL Continental 1st place season was a good one for the program and showed no letdown after the 2009 State Championship. We are confident that the combination of returning players and the success that our additions had at the JV level can put us in a position to compete for the Continental Division championship once again.
