Strengths: We enter the season with a lot of depth at several positions. Many of our position players have varsity experience in the field and at the plate, and that should provide us with a lot of options as we move throughout the season.
Question Marks: We did graduate much of our 2024 pitching staff, so there will be some questions as we open up about what our rotation and our starting pitching will look like. However, we do like the amount of depth we have in that area as well.
Outlook: Our players know that we enter each season with an expectation to win. Coming off of back-to-back seasons in which we qualified for the PIAA 6A State Tournament (with very different rosters in each of those seasons), we will look to our veteran players to help guide several newcomers with the leadership that it will take to return again. With a three-game intra-division series each week, the competition within the Liberty Division will be strong.
“We are very excited about some of our younger players and what the future holds for them in our program, and we are equally excited to see what some players who have been a part of our success for several years will do to cap off their high school careers.”
