Last year’s record:  12-10 (8-6; 3rd place in American Conference)

Notable losses:  Alynna Williams (red shirt freshman at Philly U); Alison Spinelli (Temple Field Hockey); Khadijah Hickson (transfer to Abington Friends School)

Key returners:  Taylor O’Brien (10th, Guard); Ali Diamond (10th, Guard); Laurel Suchsland (11th, Guard); Lauren Coscia (11th, Center)

Others to watch:  Sarah Putsch (10th, Forward); Sydney Kesselman (9th, Guard); Victoria Betterly (10th, Forward); Gia Schweitzer (10th, Guard)

Strengths: Team Speed/Athleticism

Weakness: Youth/Inexperience

Outlook:  “This year is about building for our future. We have no seniors on varsity, with the majority of the team/program as ninth and 10th graders.  We’re looking to improve each day and game to game with a focus on fundamentals and attention to detail.”

GAMES TO WATCH:  1/19 vs. Upper Merion and 2/4 vs. Norristown will be the last against our long time league rivals.
