PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH GIRLS LACROSSE PREVIEW

Coach:  Ellen K. Reilly, 20 years

Assistant coaches:  Katrina Metz and Michelle McLoughlin

Last year’s record:  7-11 overall, 6-6 in league

Notable losses:  Four seniors Charlotte Cornog, Dani Rosenberg, Michelle Sturm and Hannah Heritage

Key returners:  Jordan Dunacusky 12th/goalie, Meghan McCullough12th/mid, Mollie Getzfread 12th/mid, Sarah Naylor11th/attack, Gab Fazio 12th/mid

Others to watch: Kayla Wisniewski 11th/atk, Kirsten Monte 9th/mid, Steph Fazio 9th/mid, Cassie Ward 9th/def

Strengths/Question Marks:  Senior leadership will be the key.  We have 10 seniors on the team.  The team goes how they go. We are continuing to build our skill level and game sense in hopes of competing at a higher level.   Playing experience prior to high school is very important.  

Outlook:  Hard work at practice hopefully will pay off.  We have a lot of young players who need to adjust to high school level of competition.  I believe we will compete in our league.
