Strengths/Question marks:  We return the nucleus of players that went to the State Quarterfinals last year. The playoff experience will go a long way in helping us battle through the tough Continental league schedule. Liz Parkins’ graduation meant that someone new would have to step up to lead the way on the mound.  We have the pitchers capable of handling the load.

Overall outlook: I’m excited to see where we go after getting a taste of success. Last year we were underestimated, and the girls really grew more and more confident with each game we won. We won’t be able to surprise people, but I think the team is ready to handle the expectations that come with respect. We’ve prepared our strengths to be different this year, and the girls are responding well with the higher expectations. Our pitching staff is anxious to get a chance to show what they can do, and I’m confident that they have what it takes to survive in this league.

Games to Watch: Season opener versus Neshaminy to begin the season, should be a great non-league match up.   CB South and Hatboro in the beginning of our league schedule will give us a good barometer of where we are at.
