Upper Moreland and New Hope-Solebury played a 6- inning game in the polar ice cap of New Hope borough Tuesday afternoon! NHS won the contest 18-8. The Lions used 4 pitchers Josh Shiller, Saul Carmenini, John Whalen and Matt Jermyn. Carmenini picked up the win during his 2 -inning stint. For the brutal conditions, all four pitchers command was good and our defense played a solid game with only 1 error.

The game was a see-saw contest until the 4th inning when NHS sent 12 hitters to the plate. Matt Jermyn drove a ball in centerfield for a grand slam. Jermyn had multiple quality at-bats and ended with 5 RBI's. Josh Shiller added 3 RBI's. Nate Wiseman and Kyle Campbell both had a multiple hit game.
