We played great defensively despite missing our Senior shot blocker, Emily Wineburg got a second game in a row. On the offensive end we got a lot of great looks but just couldn’t convert. The game was going back and forth for just about the entire first three quarters. With 5 seconds left in the third quarter freshman guard Averi McCoy got a steal and went coast to coast for a lay up to put us up 4 for the start of the fourth. The steal and bucket gave us a little boost of much confidence to close out the fourth.
