A balanced scoring attack led the Bensalem”Owls” to a 51-39 victory over the HS Truman “Tigers” Monday night. Bensalem was led by Alayna McSeed with a double double 14 points and 12 rebounds, Haley Keenan 10 points, Emily Wineburg 8 points, 13 rebounds,and 4 blocked shots, Chloe Munyon 8 points, Sydney Bawuah 8 points , 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Michael Sit also clipped in with 4 points and 7 rebounds. Bensalem has been playing excellent team defense and has used the defensive intensity to help fuel the team’s offense. “The girls are working hard and playing very well as a team- I’m very happy with the way the team has played defensively” The future for the girls is very bright as we look forward.
HS Truman was led by the all around play of Jones 20 points and Campbell 15 points.
