There’s no other way to say it, we are playing well. I was afraid after last night that we would have a let down and I really tried to get that point across before the game. One of our many goals is to win the league. It’s no secret. With Wiss beating New Hope earlier in the season and crossover games counting towards league championships, we knew this was a game we had to have. Wissahickon has some players but they really try to go through McGeary as they should. She’s strong. Posts up hard. Can shoot. Finish with either hand and is a great passer. Our girls were amazing with fronting and helping weakside. Emma and Kylie really battled with her down low and they knew they could trust their teammates to have their back. I think the most impressive thing the last couple of games has been out lack of turnovers. Last night we had 2 and tonight we had 1. Offensively it was the usual suspects again for us as EmmyFaith had 13 and Holly had 21 and 12. But Kiera and Emma hit 3 big time 3s in the first half to give us a little bit of separation before half time. We are playing well and we have some big games coming up starting with Upper Dublin Friday. I love coaching against Morgan and playing his teams. It’ll be a great test.
