Goal scored with 9:16 remaining in the third quarter by Sydney Lafferty assisted by Anna Daly off a corner rebound.

The game was intense from start to finish, and I’m proud that we finally came out on top. Statistically we were pretty even. We had 8 shot on goal, they had 7. We had 7 corners, they had 6. The ball truly ping-ponged the entire time, but we were able to stand strong defensively and limit Pennridge’s amount of chances. The really cool thing about the game tonight was playing against my friend and former JV coach, Elena. The girls were really excited to see her, but we definitely had to make some changes to plays she might’ve been clued in on.

Bella Craig did a great job with 9 saves in the shutout. In the midfield, Aly McIsaac, Anna Daly, Sydney Lafferty and Avery McCann did a nice job working it up the field and distributing the ball.
