CB South played an excellent game against a very talented CB East team. Our defense and corner defense did a great job neutralizing some of their very strong players.
The score remained 0-0 until Phia Mannino (Cailey Lever) scored at the 18:26 mark of the second half. Although only generating one shot on goal, CB South made the most of the opportunity when Casey Reilly scored, while double-teamed, to tie the game with 7:31 remaining.
The game ended in OT on a corner by Cailey Lever (Mannino) with 8:31 remaining.

Pat Toner: This was a great test for us since they are currently ranked #1 in our district. It's always difficult to lose, but I have been telling them they are capable of playing with anyone when they play as a team and today proved that.
